And that is why Desiderio uses only this type of hazelnut for the preparation of his desserts.
Desiderio’s hazelnut cream is easy to spread and contains the natural aromas and flavors typical of hazelnut I.G.P.
This cream is produced by hand according to an ancient recipe that does not include the addition of foreign vegetable oils and fats from those naturally contained in hazelnuts and cocoa and, in addition, has inside a quantity equal to 40% of hazelnuts.
