Olive is the symbol of the Mediterranean Sea. Cultivated in all the countries that overlook this sea, they are distinguished mainly by their colour.
Essential in the Mediterranean diet, are used both as an aperitif, and to enrich the dishes of our cuisine. Many are, in fact, the recipes that require them.
In the Desiderio selection you can find green olives, with a typical light green colour and a slightly elongated shape, harvested and selected on the Abruzzo territory. The olives are placed in brine when they reach the perfect stage of ripening and kept in glass jars exclusively.
They are excellent as an aperitif, as an appetizer, on pizza and fried in batter.
