Peppers with tuna

Peppers with tuna are a tasty alternative to piedmontese appetizers. The carefully selected peppers are cleaned and cooked, then they add to peppers some apple vinegar, tomato sauce, Desiderio extra virgin olive oil, tuna (about a 3 %), anchovies (about 2%), cane sugar, salt and cloves, and we have a perfect jar to start the meal.

These particular peppers are excellent also eaten with a tasty tuna sauce.
